From the Flight Deck
to Your Driveway

I'm Jordan Moreland — eight years in the United States Navy, serving with HS-10, HSM-41, and HSC-21 out of San Diego, working on the MH-60S Knighthawk and MH-60R Seahawk platforms. My rate was AE — Aviation Electrician's Mate — though the squadron had another name for it: "Aviation Everything." Electrical systems touch every circuit, sensor, and warning light on the aircraft, so if something needed attention, an AE was usually involved. Fixing it, that is.

Over eight years I worked maintenance, quality assurance, and got the chance to fly in those helicopters occasionally — enough to understand exactly what's at stake when a maintenance log gets signed. I deployed, I mentored younger sailors, and I tried to leave every work center better than I found it. That's really the whole story.

Along the way I crossed the equator at the International Date Line — 0°N, 180°E, the dead center of the Pacific — earning the Golden Shellback designation aboard the USNS Mercy. If you know, you know. If you don't: it means I've been to the one spot on earth where there's genuinely nothing around you in any direction. I can confirm the Pacific looks the same there as everywhere else. Neptune Rex was not impressed.

When I separated I brought one thing home with me: the refusal to put my name behind something I don't believe in. I sell AMSOIL because it's the same standard I held in the Navy — no shortcuts, independently tested, built to perform when it matters. That's what goes in my vehicles. That's what I stand behind for yours.

We Don't Quit on Each Other

This nation has faced harder times than these — and we came through united, stronger, and more resolved than before. From the Revolutionary War to the Pacific theater to the mountains of Afghanistan, Americans have always found the will to hold the line. That spirit doesn't die. It just needs to be reminded of itself. Every purchase you make here supports a fellow American who swore an oath to protect this country — and still means it.

Why AMSOIL — An American Story

AMSOIL didn't start in a boardroom. It started with Lt. Col. Albert J. Amatuzio, a jet fighter pilot who watched synthetic lubricants perform flawlessly under the brutal demands of jet engines — and asked a simple question: why isn't anyone putting this in cars?

In 1972, AMSOIL became the first company to introduce an API-rated synthetic motor oil for passenger vehicles. A veteran's idea. An American company. Still privately owned. Still based in Superior, Wisconsin. Never sold out. Never watered down.

When I look for a product to stake my reputation on, I look for that same founding spirit — a person who cared more about performance than profit, and built something that could be trusted with lives. AMSOIL fits that description. That's why I'm here.

My Garage, My Standard

I don't sell products I don't use. Here's what's in my driveway and what goes in each one.

2017

Subaru WRX STI

The EJ257 boxer turbo runs hard and runs hot — a horizontally-opposed four-cylinder that's notoriously demanding on oil under boost. There's only one thing going in it.

AMSOIL Signature Series 5W-30 Subaru-specified viscosity

2022

Subaru Outback Wilderness

Family rig built for the trail. The FA24 turbocharged four responds well to full synthetic, and AMSOIL keeps drain intervals where they should be for a vehicle that actually goes off-pavement.

AMSOIL Signature Series 0W-20 Subaru-specified viscosity

2019

Land Rover Discovery HSE TD6

The TD6 diesel carries specific emissions certifications — AMSOIL doesn't publish a recommendation for the engine and I won't point you somewhere the data doesn't support. What I can tell you: the front and rear differentials run AMSOIL.

AMSOIL Severe Gear — Differentials Engine: no AMSOIL certification for this platform

Divided We Fall.
United We Drive Forward.

This country is bigger than its headlines. It is built on the backs of men and women who woke up every day and chose service over self — in uniform, in the trades, in the fields, in the factories. That America still exists. It shows up in every handshake, every referral, every small business supported by a neighbor who chose to invest locally instead of clicking past.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting a veteran. And most of all — thank you for still believing in this nation.
